Glemar N.Rada was born on Apr 13, 1982 at Zamboanga at Mindanao Island, Philippines, and now lives in Talisay of Cebu, Philippines.

He is pastor in Talisay and has been working as missionally. He has compassion for a service to society with his own experiences, and has supported for people living in Talisay to become socially and economically independent. 

He had involved in the relief for the sufferers by floods at Mindanao Island in Feb, 2012. He had worked for the delivery of foods and daily necessities, and also taked the leadership of local residents to listen attentively to them. ( Photos below is in Mindanao in Feb, 2012 ) 

After the disaster in Kamagayan region in Balangay, Cebu by Typhoon in Oct, 2013, he has been taking the leadership for the relief to collect secondhands clothes and necessities. He also went there and gave the delivery by himself. Also he took the oppotunity to listen to their needs timely. About 11 volunteers have continued to work for the relief with him.
